The centre offers a fully managed reception area, and provides a wide variety of small business units. These range from small two man office type units, to larger offices and studios capable of accommodating up to 10 people. The studio workshops have their own water and power supplies, and the ground floor workshops have their own external access doors. There is extensive free car parking on site, and licensees have the benefit of the adjoining CEME complex with a Costa Coffee cafe and extensive conference facilities.
