Why Businesses Choose Broad Street

Broad Street is one of the City of London's 25 ancient wards. The area had six churches during the Middle Ages, although only two survive - St. Margaret Lothbury and All Hallows-on-the-Wall. The western part of Broad Street features several small courts and alleys next to Moorgate. The bustling commercial area includes the Worshipful Company of Carpenters and the Worshipful Company of Drapers.

The northern border runs along the London wall and Blomfield Street towards Liverpool Street and Bishopsgate. The area includes Old Broad Street and the former Broad Street station, the only one of London's major railway station to permanently close. The station originally opened in 1865 as a link between East and West London.

Today's transport links include Liverpool Street rail station offering both train and tube access, Shoreditch High Street train station and a bit further away Aldgate East and Aldgate tube stations and Fenchurch Street train station.
