City Thameslink is located at the intersection of Farringdon Street and Ludgate Hill within the City of London's financial district. Just north of City Thameslink station is 10 Fleet Place, a striking office building located between 1 Fleet Place and Santander House at 100 Ludgate Hill. The three buildings are part of the Ludgate development. At ten storeys, is the largest building and has just over 186,000 square feet of office, retail and ancillary accommodation. It features a distinct and intricate façade of black granite, steel and glass.

Originally built in the 1990s, 1 Fleet Place has been redeveloped into two landmark buildings with 349,555 square feet of floor space across two buildings. About City Thameslink

City Thameslink is a rail station in the City of London's financial district. It sits between Blackfriars and Farringdon along the Thameslink route, a 68-station service running north to south through London. The station opened in 1990 as St. Paul's Thameslink before changing to its current name in 1991. City Thameslink has two main services, one between Brighton and Bedford and another between St Albans or Luton and Wimbledon or Sutton. There is also a service from Bedford to Sevenoaks and Rochester to Ashford International. The station is located on Ludgate Hill, a street that shares its name with one of London's ancient hill near an old gate that once stood along the London Wall. It is also close to Ludgate Circus that links the City of London and the City of Westminster. There is also an entrance to the station from Holborn Viaduct, a road bridge that links Holborn with Newgate Street. The viaduct was built between 1863 and 1869. It connects the steep Holborn Hill and the valley of the River Fleet, one of London's subterranean rivers.
