Architects Stiff+Trevillion completed a refurbishment of 201 Borough High Street in 2016. The result is a contemporary and stylish work environment with design-led office accommodation fitted to a Cat B standard. The award-winning retrofit project preserved the building's distinctive 1980s look with painted brick, although new windows and corten steel were added to enhance the appearance. A sixth storey was also added to increase the property's floor space.

St Dunstan's House at 201 Borough High Street, Southwark SE1 has been fully upgraded to provide high specification serviced office space in the Borough/Southwark are of Central London.

Inside, there is a mix of meeting rooms and event spaces as well as individual office suites and coworking spaces. Offices accommodate between two and 75 people. With sustainability in mind, the building incorporates several environmentally-friendly features including a green roof, rainwater harvesting, solar panels and low energy lighting.

Kitchens are found on each floor and there are showers and bike storage facilities for commuters that prefer greener ways to get to work.
