The space is a 6.7x6m, approx. 42m² (450sqft) self-contained fully serviced studio/office and can easily accommodate 16 workstations. The studio is within a two-storey warehouse building; the other floor is occupied by three different firms of architects. The warehouse itself is set within a gated enclave of warehouses, which forms a creative hub of artists and designers. There is a communal courtyard with some patio furniture for summer lunches and secure bike racks. There is a small kitchenette with a microwave, toaster, and a NESPRESSO machine. There is a toilet but no shower. The studio is furnished with four large (2.4mx1.2m) desks on trestles, four small under-desk drawer units, and two large freestanding shelving units. There are no chairs supplied.
